Privacy Policy

This page is a working draft. It will be reviewed by a licensed attorney before SI Filing turns on live letter analysis.
This policy explains what information SI Filing ("we") collects when you use sifiling.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to describe what the site actually does today.
The short version
- Letter analysis is not live yet. The upload page is a demonstration, and documents you add there never leave your device.
- We do not require accounts, sell personal information, or use advertising trackers.
- We will update this policy before any feature starts sending documents to us.
Documents you add to the upload page
The Upload Your Letter page currently runs in demonstration mode. A photo, file, or text you add stays in your web browser. It is not uploaded, stored, or sent to SI Filing or anyone else. Closing or leaving the page discards it. The reports you can view are built from fictional sample letters.
Before live analysis is turned on, we will update this section to explain exactly how a document is processed, which service providers process it, whether anything is stored and for how long, and how it is deleted. We will not describe protections here until they are in place and tested.
Contact log and feedback on the report page
The contact log and the feedback questions shown with sample reports are demonstrations. Entries stay on the page you are viewing and are not saved or sent anywhere.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Our contact form does not send or store anything itself. It opens your own email app.
Technical data
Our hosting provider automatically processes standard request data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
Do Not Track signals
Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control signal. SI Filing does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across other websites through this site. Because there is no such tracking, these signals do not change how the site works. If we ever add a feature that tracks visitors, we will update this policy first to explain how we respond to these signals.
How we use information
- To reply to your messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that host and operate the site, only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information. We will never publish a document you give us, or use it for marketing.
Data retention
We keep messages only as long as needed to respond and maintain basic records, then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. Email contact@sifiling.com to make a request.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the effective date. We will update this policy before turning on any feature that collects documents.
